Fleurs: The First 100% French Biosourced Kitchen
Introducing “Fleurs,” the result of our collaboration with Cuisines Morel.
The kitchen industry is evolving! Cuisines Morel, a French brand known for high-end, custom kitchens and furnishing solutions, is proud to present Fleurs, the first 100% French biosourced kitchen model.
This true revolution in home interiors has been made possible thanks to our Evertree plant-based resin, derived from sunflower and rapeseed, and PANT’air biosourced particleboard by Seripanneaux.
As a multifunctional living space, the kitchen has increasingly become the heart of the home. More attention is being paid to its design to meet new needs and expectations, particularly regarding sustainability and indoor air quality.
The idea of a kitchen inspired by flowers was born from a meeting between Cuisines Morel and Evertree.
At Cuisines Morel, it all started with a realization: the composite wood panels used in their kitchens accounted for 40% of their carbon footprint. In their search for solutions, Cuisines Morel discovered PANT’air panels made with our Evertree plant-based resin, which allowed them to reduce both their carbon footprint and formaldehyde emissions.
This led to the collaboration between Maxime Legendre and Martin Treboux, Marketing Directors of Evertree and Cuisines Morel, respectively. Thanks to their shared vision, the Fleurs project blossomed, drawing its name from the flowers that make up Evertree resin—revealing on the outside what’s at work inside.
While this biosourced kitchen is sustainable, it’s also desirable. With its sleek design and organic tones, it brings a touch of nature into the kitchen. It encourages French consumers to embrace a more eco-friendly lifestyle, featuring an indoor planter and a bocothèque to grow herbs directly in the kitchen, and promoting the use of bulk packaging.
Sustainable, desirable, and also affordable, the Fleurs kitchen aims to win over the hearts of French households, with a cost only 5% higher than that of conventional kitchens.
